What flower in your mom's garden is your favorite? My mom had a gorgeous red flower that looked just like a huge spider! Don't ask me why I liked it so much??

ARe you protecting yourself from the elements when you go out of doors? I'm thinking of sunscreen at the moment, but there are lots of little ways to protect yourself while gardening.

My daughter is going to school for landscaping and during the Christmas break the class had to put together a display for a gardening show. It was a lot of work, but she was given a ton of spring flower bulbs to bring home! At the moment, we have a houseful of Paper Whites and Hyacinths. I had no idea that Paper Whites had so much fragrance! They put the hyacinths to shame! So today's question goes like this...

There are potted plants everywhere these days. Pick up a pot and bring a little springtime into your home. I'm sick of the winter already and it's not even February. Must have something do with with these horrible temperatures we have been having.

Have to ask. How warm is it where you live??

You don't have to have your own garden to enjoy all it has to offer. Go for a walk in the woods and just listen to how silent it is there.

Today is an easy one. Just how much time do you spend in the garden each day? To be quite honest, it's so bloody cold today, I would love to get out and work. Wasn't saying that in August. Now, I can't wait to get back to it?
